How to make chilli bites?

I just had chilli bites at a pub the other day and was trying to find a recipe for them, but have been unsuccessful. Any one know any good recipes for them? they were little bits of pork in a spicy sauce. Thanks

I used to live in South Africa where you could buy this in a packet – or if you were lucky like me and had indian friends they would make it from scratch. Here in the UK I can not find in the shops or even a recipe.
